It sounds as if journalling has really helped you both in getting rid of negative thoughts and finding positive ones as well which is great.It's good when you can look back and see how far you've progressed and like you say for just appreciating the gifts of nature each day.Have you been writing for a long time? Guest guest Posted September 18, 1999 Report Share Posted September 18, 1999 Jan I have been writing gor almost 10yrs. I wrote when I was little but not as often as I do now.
