Hi Cathy.

It sounds as if journalling has really helped you both in getting rid of

negative thoughts and finding positive ones as well which is great.It's good

when you can look back and see how far you've progressed and like you say

for just appreciating the gifts of nature each day.Have you been writing for

a long time? I think I missed some earlier posts on this topic as i had

problems with my e-mail.

I have been writing gor almost 10yrs. I wrote when I was little but not as

often as I do now. Writing also helps us to let go of things, I was able to

forgive my dad of the abuse he did after I wrote three letters, a year later

I tore thm up and said i totally forgave him Writing is a wonderful tool we

have
