Crow,

 

I heard that EMDR is used with psychotherapy and RET

is a tool to be used by the trained lay person. This

comes from a friend who is being trained in RET -

Rapid Eye Technology (which always gets me confused

cause I associated this anocronym (sp?) with Rational

Emotive Therapy):
