here is some poerty I just wrote, enjoy!

 

 

TRASH

 

Don’t compare me to a trash can,

You know I’m more than that,

I’m not a crumpled piece of paper,

Nor am I a rat.

 

I’ve given you so many things,

Treated you like royalty, I deserve equal respect,

Don’t treat me so cruelly.

 

I’ve carried you on golden wings,

When you forgot to fly,

When I forget to spread my wings,

Please don’t laugh, or make me cry.

 

My tears are not for you to drink,

Nor am I a target for your arrows,

I deserve to rise above the clouds,

To fly and sing with sparrows.

 

I deserve a golden halo

Not an aluminium can,

Sometimes it’s hard, to keep my spirit high,

Just do the best you can.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As I walk in the land of love

 

I need not fear,

Or figure out,

What my life is all about.

 

I do not know what I should do,

I just look around,

And enjoy the view.

 

This is all that needs to be done,

No work, no schedule,

Just love joy n’ fun.

 

No worry, no pain, to participate in the game,

Winning is a nice bonus,

But losing has no shame.

 

Our friends are our fortune,

Our family, our haven,

There is no hate, not even from the raven.

 

Look above at the dove,

As I walk,

MAKE GIGGLES

 

Make giggles with friends,

Laugh at loud,

Be happy, be healthy,

Stand tall and proud.

 

Make giggles with yourself,

With the spirit of laughter,

For now…

And forever after.

 

Make giggles at times,

When a smile is not enough,

Make giggles at times,

When life gets to rough.

 

Make giggles a lot,

Laugh loud and smile,

Show the world who you are,

Come to the party and stay a while.

 

Make giggles with friends

Make giggles with me,

As we celebrate life,

As the light turns

 

My mind spins,

As the earth turns,

Decisions to make,

Battles to win.

 

My light is red,

There is no turning back,

My life is at a sudden stop,

Yet I still know where I stand.

 

This is the time to rest,

From the confusion of the yellow light,

Not knowing weather to go or stop,

I know that my place is now, to let perpendicular paths cross.

 

I anxiously waited,

For my light to turn green,

I savoured the last moment

Of red’s peaceful gleam.

 

The light finally turned,

Honks are forcing me to move faster,

I’ll go at the pace I like,

To prevent a great disaster.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nighty night, Sleep tight

 

Goodnight my friend,

Time to sleep,

Go to bed,

And count the sheep,

 

I’ll lend you mine,

If you don’t have any,

In my dream world,

There are always plenty.

 

When you fall asleep tonight,

Enter the world of horror and fantasy,

Meet all your friends,

Like that zombie with the pansy.

 

So see you later alligator,

In a while crocodile,

Don’t forget to wake up,

Refreshed with a big smile.

 

The sandman is on his way,

He sensed you need some sleep,

Go to bed with happy thoughts,

Dream spectacular dreams.

 

Sweet dreams, sleep tight,

Nighty night,

Until we see each other again,

Whenever that is, I’ll see you then.
