Dear Folks:

My name is Karl D. La Rowe and I am a professional speaker and

trainer in " Caring for Care Providers. " As a person who struggles

with his own chronic depression and a mental health investigator and

examiner for four counties in Oregon, I have come to appreciate the

tremendous efforts care providers are taking to provide the best

service possible in a rather broken and overburdended system.

I have also come to appreciate the toll providing this level of

service with minimum support can take on an individual in terms of

stress, burnout and depression. As a recovering professional who has

learned to deal with my own burnout, stress and depression I have

developed several trainings for healthcare professional that can be

viewed on my web site at: www.healerwarrior.com.

I have just completed a series of trainings for mental health

therapists in Corvallis, Bend and LaGrande. Here is some of the

feedback I received after my last trainings:

1. WHAT BASIC MESSAGE DID YOU HEAR THAT YOU COULD USE TOMORROW?

I can manage my own energy - I can stay centered and stay in

relationships with others.

Being in the here and now and working on being centered.

Not taking negative energy home - doing exercise to control flow of

my energy, positive energy from mirroring, attunement with clients.

Being proactive in being centered will help me keep staff problems in

perspective, tune in better with clients and worry less

about " failing. "

2. HOW WILL YOU USE WHAT YOU HEARD TO DAY TO MANAGE YOUR ENERGY MORE

EFFECTIVELY?

Set time aside at home in A.M. at work between clients and at home in

P.M. to practice again.

Probably most importantly will be not to have to be right - or worry

about being wrong.

Being more aware of my senses, what I'm feeling

I will practice my breathing, I will remember the exercises which

give me a visual image of the different states of distraction,

duality and oneness.

3. WHAT IS YOUR OPINION OF MY PRESENTATION?

This is so refreshing and new. I feel like it will represent a break

through for me personally

Upbeat, encouraging, reaffirming, healthy information. Good variety

of exercise and theory

Good stuff, needed!

Your own good energy and transparency was good proof of the pudding

of your ideas

I think you had the best, most effortless, affirming interaction with

participants I have ever seen in a workshop!

I have started a Caring for Care Providers E-newsletter. This

newsletter is written for care providers and you can suscribe for

free at:

I look forward to serving you!

Sorry for this, folks. No matter how wonderful it is, this is spam, because it

is unsolicited, self-serving email solicitation that is sent to several sources

without personalization (I also received this same exact post on another list).

So Mr. La Rowe, please try to get your membership through more ethical means,

like regular promotion, and not spam.

Thank You,

Caroline Abreu
