Guest guest
Did you sleep well last night? ....at least a bit better? Remember, while it would be wonderful to be able to resolve all of our problems with " quick fixes " , sometimes we have to work at our improvement one step at a time. We build our walls brick by brick, sometimes it's more constructive to remove them that same way. A wrecking ball might be a bit faster, but you have less control over what is destroyed and what is saved to use another day. Wishing you well, and knowing you will feel more comfortable each night you use your CPAC (We simply refer to Rick's as his " breathing machine " , and we are thankful to have such a useful tool. I know that you will soon find that your own " breathing machine " is a blessing, too. Wishing you all the best, Florie
Guest guest
Florie and Rick, Well I tried to get use to the " breathing machine " again last night. I can't say that all my problems are over in one night but I took a small step forward. I'm going to try and get the kind of mask that Rick was talking about (one that only covers my nose) I'm sure that will help a great deal. I know I've been only pig headed and a little crazy not using it all the time. To know there are others out there in the same boat I am helps. With everything going down hill with my health I've had the poor ME's. The depression and anxiety has been really getting to me. Anyone know how you can lose weight if your not very active also? I have arthritis is both knees and can't walk to well. If I don't lose weight they can't and won't operate on me. I also have a valve closing into my heart and they can't do that surgery either. Its been one vivacious cycle lately. Oh, sorry for rambling on, but sometimes it helps when I talk about it. Please all of you keep me in your prayers I could use them. I have 6 children and 12 grandchildren to get well for. Thanks for everything Love to all Ellie
