Guest guest Posted October 6, 2000 Report Share Posted October 6, 2000 Hi, I often have sleeping problems and my current one is that I go to sleep at 11 and wake up at 5:30, stay awake til 7, then fall asleep til 10 again. I would LOVE to sleep through the night. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Today I'm trying to not go back to bed no matter how much my eyes start shutting.
