Hi:

I can also endorse Colin Tippin's book (I have that and a couple of his

tapes), and know someone on another list who recently took and recommends

his training seminar on Radical Forgiveness, as well.

Oh, please, go for it... forgiveness is for giving yourself, and it is the

best gift you will ever receive.

Blessings,

Crow

Ellie,

I lurk a lot but could not ignore your post. I have had my share of burdens

too as have most. From major depression and co-dependancy to abandonment and

bunches of religion induced guilt but I agree with PJ in that we only hurt

ourselves when we carry around all those unhealed woulds. I stumbled on the

principle of forgiveness years ago and now have found a wonderful book to

back it up. While you are in your " inward state " why not pick up a copy of

Colin Tipping's book Radical Forgiveness. You can download the first chapter

(see Free Read) from his website.

www.radicalforgiveness.com. I want you to know that I do feel compassion

for you and you are not to be blamed for holding onto these things. The way

I see it, it is considered normal in our society to feel as you do in

response to the burdens of life but " it isn't necessary " to keep on carrying

them. Read the book and see if it resonates with you. You can be whole again

in body, emotions and spirit.

I wish for you perfect health and peace of mind,

Mary
