Guest guest
Happy Sunday everyone! In 11 days I will be having foot surgery done (removal of tumorous growths). Some of the removal involves working on the bottom of my foot. Because it involves work on the bottom of the foot, I will have very limited mobility for some time after and am asking that as I prepare for the surgery (and for the weeks following), that as many of you as possible can send me healing thoughts. I have already started my own unconscious work of self healing (it's never too early to start) .... but....given the wealth of healing power on the list, I would certainly appreciate any thoughts and wishes that you can send my way. Also, if this isn't asking to much (lol), as you send me a healing thought, I would really appreciate your letting me know which method of healing you practice. My knowledge in this area will grow by ten fold as I learn, through your responses, how many methods there are and what their foundation belief is. Thanks so much. Kristin ~ Consider me a sponge wanting to soak up as much as possible about holistic wellness
Guest guest
Kristin <LOL> I think you meant " roller blading " eh? What is roller balding, is that pulling out your hair with curlers? <G> Sending you positive energy for your system to use for your highest good, with prayer and with distance Reiki. Laughing Crow ----Original Message Follows---- " Kristin Keene " <kkeene RE: Healing wishes Sun, 8 Oct 2000 20:34:21 -0400 Why thank you Miz Florie! I just finished my first round of physical therapy exercises for the " other " knee and all I can say (and must believe at this point) is.... no pain no gain! But then, it felt that way on both legs. Me thinks I should start doing exercise on a regular basis since my roller balding is out of the picture for a few more months Seriously though, thank you for the positive morning affirmations. I know that they are doing a remarkable job at healing. Thanks so much, Kristin > > Richard M. Guest guest
Roller BALDING??? Sounds pretty exotic. Remember how pleased the doctors were with your progress last time? They thought that your recovery was remarkable. What do you think you need to surprise them even more this time? How will You recover even faster this time? Off to write some affirmations... PS: YOU are the one doing the remarkable job of healing YOURSELF. Guest guest
Hi Florie, > Roller BALDING??? Sounds pretty exotic. LOL Roller balding, that is a good one. I didn't even catch that in my original. That *is* an exotic one isn't it. >Remember how pleased the doctors were with your progress last time? They thought that your recovery was > remarkable. What do you think you need to surprise them even more this > time? How will You recover even faster this time? I am in the process of working on that one! It's never too early to get a head start! > PS: YOU are the one doing the remarkable job of healing YOURSELF. Yes I am. And I will continue to do a remarkable job. BTW, did you catch that embedded command that I gave myself while at the same time giving your affirmations the power from which they come (you)? here it is: > > Seriously though, thank you for the positive morning affirmations. I know > > that they are doing a remarkable job at healing. See how powerful your affirmations are? They are at work before I have even gotten any. Have a nice evening. Oh, Sam's club had a book (that I bought of course) entitled " Natural Therapies: What they are and what they do " . It gives a 2-4 page introduction to various natural therapies. I can't wait to stretch out in bed and start reading this one. I am hoping that it will help me to learn more about some of the various methodologies that so many of you all use. I am so fascinated (and a bit overwhelmed) by what everyone on the list practices. It is simply amazing! K. >
