Guest guest
Hi, folks, Some of you will remember that a little while ago I asked for help to get me out of the house more often, and lots of helpful and caring suggestions were offered to me. I chose to begin by accepting Barbara's offer of treatment by distance healing, and I have now had three treatments. I want to report that, after the second treatment, a quite amazing change occurred in me. I *had* to go out, to shop, and after about an hour I began to realise that the knot of fear that lives almost permanently in my stomach had gone, that I was actually taking a genuine interest in the shopping, that I was driving the car with confidence, just like the old days. I was on an absolute high for about two days. I kept blinking with astonishment at the difference in me. I was no longer feeling depressed, negative, resigned. I couldn't stop smiling. Driving along (I went out again that afternoon, and the next day!), I kept reminding myself not to get too 'cocky' in case I did something silly. But the world was mine for those two days - nothing could go wrong! It was a feeling that I haven't had for so many years. Of course, I'm back on the lower slopes now, but not back in the pit. I'm a lot more confident and the fear has stayed away. I've continued to go out, albeit on my own, and am getting through a long list of neglected tasks. Barbara is giving me a weekly 'top-up' for the next three weeks or so. I can't express how grateful I am to her, but I think she knows. One very sceptical person is now a complete convert to distance healing! Many thanks, Barbara. Love, Jo, in Sydney

Did you have a specific question about > distance work? > Hello, I'm interested in having someone send me some healing energy. I've been working towards improving my vision and have had several dreams where I could see clearly. I had one dream where I was almost able to see clearly but I stopped it from happening because I was scared. I also have a lot of tension around my eyes and forehead. It would be nice to have someone possibly assist me because I know that I can restore my vision and have relaxed eyes. Paula

A long time ago, a guy named Bates wrote a book on improving eyesight the natural way. One of his techniques was called " palming, " in which one sits holding the palms of one's hands over his or her eyes for 10 to 15 minutes two or three times a day. If he knew that the palms of the hands are extensions of the heart chakra and often used for healing, he didn't say. Back when I was doing all the Bates exercises, my vision improved remarkably. Then came the Army and Vietnam and then graduate school. It may be time for me to return to the Bates exercises. When I do them, I will send energy for you as well. If you are willing, you can do the same for me when you do the palming exercise on yourself. We can perhaps keep track of our progress off list. Enjoy, Joel -- ------ * Joel P.
