Guest guest
Caroline Myss writes in " Anatomy Of The Spirit " : " We are not born fluent in love but spend our life learning about it. Its energy is pure power. We are as attracted to love as we are intimidated by it. We are motivated by love, controlled by it, inspired by it, healed by it, and destroyed by it. Love is the fuel of our physical and spiritual bodies. Each of life's challenges is a lesson in some aspect of love. " We choose our parents for the lessons we want to learn in this life school. We become what we are because of, or in spite of our parents. Our lessons in love are to forgive them and grieve their faults, celebrate the wonderous things they had to offer and become an integrated whole. When we feel drained in the company of another we are being reminded of our own neediness to heal and become whole. Each of us holds a powerful mirror to one another, to remind us of what is good and holy and what has yet to be healed. The need for protection when doing healing work on others is perhaps to protect us from our own negative aspects. We can only show another the path, it is up to them to take the next step. Sometimes this can be overwhelming and not a journey for this lifetime. Love and Light, Ninox
