Thank you for voicing something that has bothered me for some time...I too, believe that there is too much negativity surrounding the entire issue. Why not present more information on how people can " prevent " illness, before something becomes an epidemic! Last night there was a commercial on breast cancer...it started out saying something like...every 4 seconds a woman is diagnosed...showing a woman holding the phone, and it's obvious she's receiving bad news...then it continues to show a written statement that every 12 minutes someone dies of breast cancer...They go on to say how more need to be aware, etc.etc...Please!! Awareness is one thing...fear and negativity is another!! Not exactly a boost to the immune system... My studies and research have brought up so many contradictions in health care issues...such as...why if we've been spending billions on research has cancer risen from 8th on the list of killers, to 2nd?!!...over the past 10 years?? If more attention was focused on diet, lifestyle, emotional/spiritual issues, etc...half of the ills would be non-existant...But cancer and heart disease to name a couple are such a huge industry...big business...it's tough to educate folks on what's really available to them by ways of prevention and ridding themselves of illness, especially in the natural field. Didn't mean to go off, here...but people have much more control over their lives/health than they realize...hopefully as more people become " aware " they also make themselves aware of all the treatment options open to them, instead of panicking...
