Guest guest
Just wanted to add my comment to the above posting. Talking from the position of a Reiki, Therapeautic Touch and Healing Touch Practitioner (having just finished my 3-Year Study Course and graduating with Practitioner status through Healing Touch International, Boulder, Colorado)I have read and used a number of the techniques that are in Barbara's book. One technique is Energetic Chelation that has amazing results clearing the field after chemotherapy and radiation. Also a great tecnique to use prior to doing Energy Lymphatic Drainage on a client. Her 2 books on energy are supported by the Holistic Nurses Association of both the U.S. and Canada. From my mentors and teachers who have all attended Barbara's school in California I get the feeling that Barbara Brennan is one of the leading scientific minds when it comes to knowing about and working 'hands on' with Energy. Apparently, she can 'see' the aura of her clients and so quickly diagnose what is going on in all their fields. As well she can deduct for want of a better word what caused the dis-ease/problem(s). Whether it was an emotional, mental, physical (as in abuse) trigger. Barbara's 2 books " Light Emerging " and " Hands of Light " along with 2 other books that were part of my reading list are: " Joy's Way " by Brugh Joy, M.D., and 'Wheels of Light' by Roslind Bruyere. A number of scientific Medical/clinical studies have been performed regarding most of what you will read about in Wheels of Light. Keep an open mind and take in what you need from these books. Guest guest
I've been reading emails and several references to Hands of Light by Barbara Brennan. Would this have any connection to the Charismatic Movement in the Catholic Church? It seems to me there was a Sister Barbara Brennan involved in the healing ministry there. We used the laying on of hands in prayer for healing. Thank you. Celeste Sullivan
