I feel I need to rest. Within an hour I am back to normal stress levels. I exercise daily, work with my music collection, bathe and nap if it really gets bad. I need strategies for overcoming performance anxiety or panic " during " and after test taking. I have similar reactions when working on computer networks under high stress. I know that sounds easier than it is, but it works. When I went to computer school, I had many tests of my knowledge on the computer. I would try to visualize that I was at home working on my own computer just answering questions. Try it -- it might work for you. " William H.
