Wise listees ...

My niece gets severe menstrual cramps - to the point of blacking out.

(This gets worse when she is stressed.) It's nothing new - she's always

had the problem. She also has a tendency to get panic attacks.

Apparently calm, highly intelligent (degree in psychology), sweet

natured and a lover of life, aged 24.

I have suggested she explore EFT and zero balancing. Does anyone have

experience of treating others or themselves for something similar, or

have any insights or suggestions?

I'd be very grateful to hear

Patients suffering from these symptoms need physical help. A good herbalist

should be able to help her in a short time to balance her hormones and

prevent this happening.

Hi there

i would suggest that any fully qualified Polarity Therapist

(Registered Polarity Practitioner level) should be able to resolve

this by rebalancing the sympathetic nervous system through working on

the coccyx plus some general pelvic energy balancing. Works like a

charm..

Best wishes

Hi,

Arabella :

I know the Chinese way of cure of menstrual cramps. And it works

beautifully, never fail me.

It is related to acupunctual. But my method is applying pressure on the

meridian point. The name of the point is called " San Ying Chiao " .( I do

not have the international naming system with me right now, sorry, but I

will try to look it out. )

Just apply pressure on them ( both legs ) for 5 minutes, that is all.

Do you have anybody to help you on such matter. Do drop the mail to my

mailbox.

regards

max

Max,

Can you describe the location of this point for us?

Thanks,

Hi,

The acupunctual point is name " San Ying Jiao " . Which mean the 'meeting

point ' of three Ying meridians.

1) it is located on the inner side of your leg.

2) it could be located by using the width of your three fingers - fore /

middle / ring combined.

3) At the joint of your foot and leg, there is a round shape mound, I

believe it is end part of your tibia bone.

4) place the edge of your ring finger on the highest point of the mound. The

edge of your forefinger locates the 'San Ying Jiao'. It is on the ridge of

tibia bone. When you apply pressure on it, by your forefinger, those who

are having menstrual pain will fell a sharp pain at the spot.

5)Massage this point with light pressure for 5 minutes will ease the

menstrual cramp.

Best regards

Max
