Guest guest
Greetings !My name is Esther and I live In Oakland,CA.I have joined this list because iam searching for healing and learning and empowerment,I have read Louise Hay and am interested in various healing techniques!Iam also interested in NLP.I really want to learn.I am currently having a difficult time searching for help because alot of things i want help with cost $ and i am not big in that department as i stay at home with my four year old son and dont have a job ,im guessing the book route will help then perhaps .I believe of course that i can manifest any money i might need however i have a full plate right now and there are so many great things i hear about i dont quite know which to try first.I am 29.I am dealing with OCD and anxiety and panic attacks right now.I have had the ocd a few times before in my life and always got over them, this time its really been toughI have intense fear of " going crazy " .I am extremely sensative to anything i read and see ,i do not watch violent movies or the news ,its so easy to trigger fears.wierd scary thoughts and images pop in my head all the time ,alot of this got triggered when i had an intense panic attack after seeing a hammer in the house although in the past it manifested in different ways.ALSO i HAVE acne and this week from seeing the doctor,I learned i have a small tumor in the pituitary gland and a cervical polyps.I am trying to figure out what the underlying imbalance must be with all these symptoms and trying to heal on all levels .Any feedback would be great. With these challanges i really want to help others ! Love,Light ,Peace,Esther.Happy New Year!
Guest guest
Dear Esther, Welcome. I am not a practitioner on any level except prayer. Prayer works, but not the pleading kind. Rather the absolute knowledge that angels are with us and will help us if we but turn 'stuff' over. Three + years ago I was a hopeless alcoholic. I reached bottom and remembered a wonderful friend saying to me, " Your angels have been trying to help you; you keep steering off the easy path and making it impossible. " When I surrendered I began to heal. She also said that it takes time - that the twinkling of an eye in angel time may be far different in human concept. My healing has been slow but steady. Wake each morning with hope and expectation of healing. Take a few moments to just shake off bad thoughts ( " The Artist's Way " , by Julia Cameron has wonderful suggestions for healing - about $16). Bach Flower rememdies are wonderful. Essential oils, incense, herbals (there's a great product for ADD kids/any emotional imbalance called EMBALANCE - call 1-800-952-4787 to get literature - they also make the best and least costly colloidal silver available - I know these people and they don't carry anything they don't first test on themselves). They also carry a line of Chinese herbals for everything - from a Dr. Tzau - a true Chinese medical doctor who resides currently in Santa Fe. I've met him, and he's for real. Something tells me that your angels helped you find this site. I'm mostly a 'lurker' too! But when I've asked for help, these wonderful folks have been there. Seek and you WILL find. Maybe your problem is simply the fact that you live in Oakland!! (LOL) I'm an old San Francisco (IBM-type) gal. Have lived over 20 years now in the northwest corner of New Mexico - a GREAT place to bring up kids. Keep us informed. Hope a little of this helps. It sounds like you're beginning a grand journey and, like Dorothy waking up from black and white Kansas, you too can open the door to the incredible full color land of Oz! Blessings, cynthia johnson. PS Feel free to contact me at cjohnson. We women need to be there to comfort each other!

Guest guest
Dear Anat, I promise to write more fully tomorrow - just trying to get caught up right now. What little I know about the Navajo people is that they believe in 'seasons' - you only tell stories about spiders, for example, during the winter when the spider 'sleeps' - their healing ceremonies involve asking natural forces to bring the client into balance with the universe. I refer a lot of people to my favorite place for supplements:: http://naturalpathsilverwings.com/ They carry Chinese balancing formulas developed by Dr. Tzau, a highly qualified Chinese Medical Doctor. I don't see a diabetes balance on the list on their web page. You might e-mail them and ask. Sometimes if you can talk with the owner she can help, but she's run ragged most of the time. My feeling is that if you can find a really excellent homeopath, to work with your husband, the results can be remarkable. A good homeopath works on a spiritual level and seeks to balance the wholeness of the client. That's true, too, of the intent of the Chinese herbals - to balance the cause and thus bring healing. Oh, I just remembered that I heard that a medical school in Israel is working with homeopaths and naturopaths. Oh, golly, don't remember many details. Will try to get a name for you, but it may take a few days. There is a chiropractor, an Israeli, who lives in the States, but has been working with docs in Israel to get naturopathy integrated into med. doctor training. I worked with people who worked closely with him. We may be on to something! Meanwhile, please bare with me. I send you love and hugs, cynthia
