I too, am a new member.

but I really want to answer Esther as best I can...

Some of which I have read and seen helped.

Lets start with the achne..Retin-A...only a Doctor can

perscribe (unless you go to Mexico) (which I am not

recommending)..An alpha-hydroxy lotion will assist in

helping your skin, it will make your skin peel and

flacl teh first day or two, then it starts to smooth

things out....enuff meds...Lavender Oil...mix it in

with a lotion as it is very strong. Use it

constently! put it in your day cream night cream,

sunscreen. It will also help with teh healing AND

start to help clear up the scars that you may have.

Lavender is a healer as is tea tree.... (I wouldn't

recommend tea tree for face)

Cervical polyps, err...are a form of wart and can be

helped...first of course is the medical removal of teh

main culprit. Doucing helps, go to your health food

store or look it up in a healthful healing book (mine

is on loan right now) Use a diluted mix of tea tree

on any that have made their way to the outside. They

are very small and not really warts at all...just same

family, go back to doc in 3-6 months...it is very

important. I HAD, (note the word had) and no longer

do.

For teh panic attacks, really I would first recommend

Yoga...I am very serious! It has been known to save

lives or just improve the quality of. Meditation....

mindful meditation.

40 times a day say this mantra. I will spell it out

so it can be said phonetically....it is for general

healing

There are ones for proserity...I would reccommend

looking on the net for it...Hindu

 

I never pray for money...I ask for assistance and I

will envision how I would want it to be. MANIFEST

 

yes, ther are many books on the subjects,we can get to

those next time!
