Information and clarification requested

A friend of ours recently mentioned his ongoing 'Kundalini Awakening', and is

looking for more information from others who have experienced this.

 

We've encouraged him to join this group, but in the event that it takes him a

day or two until he gets on the list, I was wondering if there was someone who

could clarify this and give us some information to share with him...there seem

to be a great many different definitions and terms thrown around in books and on

websites these days. I know that this is the place to come for correct and

sensible information, and would like to get some to pass on to our friend until

he joins the group and is able to discuss his concerns personally.

 

I'd be especially interested in others' physical and/or spiritual experiences

during this time. He has mentioned some pain in the spleen and solar plexus

area (very similar to what we have experienced in the past), but I think that

I'd rather have first-hand information from more experienced group members than

describe to him what might just have been in our case too much cold pizza before

bedtime...
