Guest guest
Larry and Kathryn - The action of salt water drawing fluid out of the cells is to cleanse the cells, removing toxins. It also reduces edema in people whose cells are swollen with too much water, like my mother's. We drink clear water to replace the water lost. A good sea salt carries minerals & trace metals that help balance the water level overall, so there's not too much or too little. It also triggers proper enzyme and hormone production in our bodies, so we can digest all those wonderful foods we are eating, among other things. To make the salinity of the blood and the cells the same, water is drawn from the cells into the blood. Thus, the cells are being deprived of water they would normally have. > > Larry >
