Guest guest
Also the thing I've noticed with sinus infections....once you've had one oftimes the bacteria will just continue to live there without causing any trouble until there is enough mucus for them to grow in again. I used to always get sinus infections each time I got stuffed up sinus'. What has totally cleared that problem for me is to use colloidal silver as nosedrops. I tip my head way back and sniff it up as far as I can into my sinus'. I then blow my nose and repeat a few times. I did that for one sinus infection and haven't had another one since. If I ever do get another one I will treat it the same way. I use a clean 1 ounce dropper bottle and put about 1 Tablespoon of colloidal silver and 1 tablespoon of water into it. I don't like to contaminate my bottle of colloidal silver by sticking the dropper up my nose and this way I can wash and boil the dropper bottle for another time. -Kathrin

Too much mucus in the system leads to discharge through the sinuses. When too much mucus clogs the passageways, it make for a breeding ground for bacteria. The bacterial infections cause inflamation [itis]. The infection is not necessarily long term, but it re-occurrs each time you clog up the passageways with mucus. So not neccesarily food intolerance, but mucus forming foods most often lead to this condition. Grains, especially refined grains, are mucus forming, but milk and milk products are the worst offenders. Sugars and starches are also on the bad guy list. Vitamin C helps to rinse mucus from the system, that's one of the reasons it's so much help with so-called colds. I think you might have much sucess with lowering the inflamation using MSM. rusty. http://www.pacificcoast.net/~rustym/
Guest guest
Lemon water also helps to reduce phlegm big time. have a glass of lemon water when you first get up every morning. a friend of mine swears by it. The book Eat Right for your Blood Type talks about it as well. Certain bloodtypes (A+ for instance) accumulate more mucus in the body than other types if I remember correctly, and mucus producing foods are avoided in the suggested foods list. Thank you for your email. The Pranic Healing protocol for chronic sinusitis is given in page 176 of the Advanced Pranic Healing book by Master Choa Kok Sui. Below is a copy of said protocol. Pranic Healing: 1. Invoke and scan before during and after treatment. 2. General sweeping twice. 3. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back solar plexus chakra and on the liver. 4. Energize the solar plexus with LWG, LWB thenw ith ordinary LWV. Steps 3 and 4 are important. 5. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back heart chakra. Energize through the back heart using LWG then oridnary LWV. Visualize the heart chakra becoming bigger and brighter. This is to produce a sense of inner peace and help the patient regulate the lower emotions. 6. Localized thorough sweeping on the ajna chakra, on the forehead and on the cheeks. 7. Emergize the ajna chakra with LWG, LWB then ordinary LWV. Apply more localized sweeping. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until the patient is substantially relieved. 8. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra and the navel chakra. Energize them with white. This is to stimulate the body's defense mechanism and to strengthen the body. 9. Stabilize and release the projected pranic energy. 10. Repeat the treatment 2 to 3 times per week. If the treatment is done properly, the patient will be relieved immediately. In general, chronic sinusitis can be cured through repeated pranic healing treatment.
