....who have responded to my questions regarding 'taking on' others symptoms

while performing Reiki.

 

I appreciate every post, on- and offline, and have received a tremendous amount

of helpful information.

 

For the time being, I'm going to assume that what I felt was simply part of my

own growing through Reiki. I accept it as a gift which enabled me to be more in

tune with the recipient of the energy, and also a preview of things to come. I

seem strongly led to work with animals (going to meet my first horse next week),

and imagine that this sort of empathetic communication will necessarily be an

important part of the process.

 

I'll be more aware of the need for protecting myself in the future while

remaining open to any 'feelings' I might receive from my guides, and thank each

and every one of you for your kindness, concern, and support while answering my

questions.
