Guest guest
Laurie, Your daughter's nightmares are actually helping her to deal with her fears on a subconscious level. Whilst they are truamatic for her they are acting as a safety valve. Give her the power in her dreams to turn around and face what is troubling her. Eg: if a dog is chasing her, tell her that she has the power within her to turn around and face the dog, and know that because it is a dream the dog cannot hurt her. She may in time choose to make friends with the dog. Love and Light, Ninox
Guest guest
Hi Ninox! Thanks for taking the time to respond to my plea for help! As it stands now, my daughter feels like she has no power in her dreams but I think these ideas are wonderful and will keep working with her! Thanks so much!
