Guest guest
Free book My name is Carl Brahe. I spent 10 years studying with many of the leaders in mind/body healing, NLP, hypnosis, energetic healing, therapeutic touch, shamanic healing, Native American healing, sound and color healing and body work. I spent 3 years writing a book based on these teaching and my experience of 15 years in healing practice. Shortly after the book, Healing on the Edge of Now: a Practical Guide to the use of Psychoneuroimmunology, was released I put my career on hold to help care for a friend diagnosed with ALS. (There is a story from Good Housekeeping about that on my website. You can read it at: http://www.mctos.com/Carl%20 & %20Victoria.htm if you're interested. I now have around 4000 copies of this book in storage and my publisher assures me that it is too late to promote the book. I would like to give away these copies. The book has helped many people learn to heal themselves. It is well written. I spent a year and a half with an editor. This required about 20 hours/week with him and another 40-hours/week rewriting. If you would like a copy or copies I will send them to you for the cost of packaging and postage. Send me a check for $3.50 along with shipping address to: Carl Brahe, 386 Quartz Circle, Bailey, CO 80421 and I will send your book immediately. Your friend with ALS was fortunate to have you and Victoria to care for him. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us. <<I now have around 4000 copies of this book in storage and my publisher assures me that it is too late to promote the book. Guest guest
Carl-- Agree totally with Carolyn. It is never too late to promote a book worth reading. You might want to shop around for another publisher. The library has a useful book called Writer's Market which will be a good starting place--other list members please note: there is so much wisdom on this list, that I think many of you should publish! More for you in a private e-mail later today.
