Guest guest
Hi everybody, My breathing has gotten a lot better. I don't need the oxygen all the time now. I still have to wear it at night and when I exercise. As for how I'm losing the weight, I have either a bowl of cereal, oatmeal or 2 eggs, OJ and a cup of tea for breakfast. I have chicken, tuna fish or hot fish and a vegtable, cup of tea for lunch. Chicken, turkey, lean ham, a grilled hamburger (very lean meat) or a pork chop, a potato, vegtable and a glass of low fat milk for dinner. I drink water all day. Then at 9 pm I have a snack. Usually sensible cookies and a glass of cranberry juice. That's my meals for the day. I have plenty to eat and am not hungry at all. I do a lot of walking and exercises for my legs and arms to tone them up. I just started with 5 lb. weights now for the arms. If I can do it anyone can. I take vitamins and I am feeling better now than I have in years. I have to thank my daughter for all this. She's had faith in me and has helped me every step of the way. I know I'm doing this for myself, but it sure helps to have someone in your corner. All of you out there has helped too. Thank you. Love to you all, Ellie
