Yin and Yang concepts

The concept of Yin and Yang can be confusing. There are many ways to use

the terms depending on what you are looking at or what school of thought you

are trained in.

My husband has a yin personality - I have a yang personality - just the

opposite of what is considered male/female. He is inward and reflective - I

am way out there living a bit too much sometimes on adrenaline and loving

it.

Ted Kapchuck's the Web that Has no Weaver as I recall has a good explanation

of one way of looking at it.

As I work more with chi/blood/excess/deficiency of organs and meridians I am

going to bow out of this thread. I do not lecture too much on yin/yang -

only the very basic concept in relationship to the meridian system and the

positioning of the channels, to go beyond that outside of a TCM trained

group would be far too confusing. IMO only.

I will sit back and read. :)
