Hi Celeste,

Thank you for your warm welcome back.

I do agree with you regarding incorporating all our changes.

My experiences have been totally all encompassing, covering all

areas from the physical, spiritual, religious, and emotional.

Thanks for the info re IANDS. Will look into it.

Blessings

Sharon

Hi Judy,

The book Farther Shores by Yvonne Kason M.D. starts out when

Dr. Kason was a young medical intern (age 26). She was in a plane

crash in the Canadian Artic while transporting a patient to the nearest

remote

hospital. When she knew they were going to crash she paniced, called on

God and

said " God help me, I'm going to die. " From that moment on, she wrote that

'calm and peace flooded her', and she was able to listen to the voice

that directed her every move, even when she was in the cold artic water

with

no signs of help in sight to rescue her. She followed directions and was

saved.

That was the start of her NDE which included STE's (spiritual transforming

experiences).

She said in her book that that experience changed her life. From then on

she started to

experience psychic awakening and Kundalini awakening. She teamed up with

Dr.

Bonnie Greenwell (whose doctoral dissertation on transpersonal psychology

was

on Kundalini awakening) and formed the Kundalini Research Network. She

chaired

the project.

..

Being a medical doctor she went on to scientifically research all of the

above.

I say thank God for her, because she has opened a window for the medical

profession regarding Kundalini and Spiritual Experiences that alot of them

scoff at (and tell their patients it is all in their head). In her book she

list the

15 features of a NDE (as per Dr. Raymond Moody). She also lists 16 features

of a psychic

experience (with definitions as per the Academy of Intuitive Studies, CA)

The book also covers the positive psychological reactions to STE's such as

1). Maturation of the personality

2) Re-evaluation of jobs 3) Re-evaluation of relationships

4) Spontaneous abandonment of self-destructive habits

5) Loss of fear of death 6). Increased humanitarianism, love, and

empathy

7) Absolute belief in the existence of a higher power ........and more.

The book is very comprehensive as she goes on to explain the undiagnosable

symptoms of Kundalini. No wonder the medical professionals tell people it

is

all in their heads.

Dr. Kason's book was given to me soon after I had sent a plea in utter

frustration to

God to send someone into my life who would understand what I was

experiencing

and had experienced over the years. I am hoping to meet with her soon.

Hope this gave you a flavour of what the book contains.

Blessings

Sharon
