i can tell you somethinkg from my experience:

after sticking to positive thinking method (reading books)

making positive affirmations etc.. I had a euphoric feelings for about 3

days ... I was glowing and it showed outside.... felt an inner light,

felt omni-potent , optimistic etc...people around were amazed!

but - this euporic period ended with a collapse. i started feeling

even light depression after feeling " flying "

I explain this by a natural urge of the body to balance the euphoric

thoughts,,, because euphoria may also mean carelessness, so there is an

intrinsic need to protect us by making us more on ground!

do you see what i mean.

i learned " not to play " with the natural course of my thoughts although i

want to master it.

what do you think?
