Jane:

I read about you guys experimenting with different attunements and experiencing

slightly different shifts with each one over at " urri " . I've been studying

Chios

long distance with Stephen Barrett, and while I didn't notice anything

specifically energetic right after the attunement (he did them while I was

asleep)

I definitely saw my life go caterwonkus for a while as I adjusted. Part of the

thing that smooths the Chios attunements is doing a daily meditation of a

particular type.

I don't know much about Seichem/SKHM. Could you elaborate on that flavor of

Reiki? I just might be curious enough (hey, you *know* I am curious enough) to

see how that feels.

I am pleased for you to get the CE's. It will certainly be a great thing for the

NJ nurses and their clients!

Blessings,

Crow

Hi Crow,

Stephen has some really nice ways of working with the energy. I haven't

studied with him but I have read all he has on his site...nice work.

Even though SKHM can be used in much the same way as the Reiki energy, I

don't think of it as a " flavor of Reiki " . To me it is a very different

energy, powerful and penetrating...not better, higher but different. I

studied in the year long SKHM class, not directly with Patrick Zeigler but

with one of his core group teachers at the same time. Awesome experience.

In SKHM, the way Patrick now teaches it, there are no levels and he only

works with the Infinity and Ankh symbols. With Reiki, the energy appears to

be pretty much the same from master to student. Yet, I find the SKHM energy

to be very individual to each person...the way I experience it is different

from the way each of my students feel it.

A good deal of the work with SKHM is emotional release which is assisted

through toning and movement. It is bringing in the energy " from above " and

the energy " from mother earth " to the heart center. This is the way I work

on myself. When working with clients, I usually simply allow whatever

energy that is needed to come through. Most of my clients are with me for

massage work and are clueless about energy work, so if I do any toning with

them, it is inward, silent...or they'd jump off the table and run, lol.

When SKHM comes, it is definitely noticed - I feel like there is a motor in

my hands directing, pushing the energy to a specific spot...and many times

the client who is aware of energy notices it with a " what was that! "

One of the fun things we did in the year long class was to work with the

energy by feeling it, seeing it, hearing it, smelling it and tasting

it...really getting to know the energy. But of course, that is not

something specific to SKHM, you can do that with any energy system to become

more aware of what is coming through.

A man should first direct himself

in the way he should go.

Only then should he instruct others.
