Guest guest
Jane: Thanks for clarifying Seichem for me. I had absolutely no idea what it was, and it sounds wonderful. I particularly like that the symbols used for focus are so simple; that is one of the things I like about Chios as well. I won't mistake it for Reiki again ;-) I see you teach this method; over what period of time is it taught? The toning and movement is attractive to me, too. I use various forms of " noise " with different modalities, including music in certain keynotes, percussion (like rattles & drums) and vocal toning. I have been interested in trying my husband's Tibetan bowls and bells with someone, we use them at home every day and when we participate in the " sound wave " circle Gordon Rosenberg has started. Have you read Jonathan Goldman's " Healing Sounds " ? Blessings, Crow " Look for Rainbows in the Darkness "
Guest guest
Hi Crow, I teach it in a one day class, the same as my Reiki classes. But I call it Seichem as opposed to SKHM, simply because in the one day class I don't want to get into tons of emotional releases in the class (though that has happened spontaneously), but I teach all the techniques I've learned. I just finished a four week toning class at a local adult school here and Jonathan Goldman's name came up a lot - so I definitely have to get his " Healing Sounds " . A friend who took the class with me got his chakra sounds CD and said it is fantastic. It is amazing what an effect toning (either done by the self or done by someone with/for/to you, in person or distant) has on the body and emotions. I love it.
