Guest guest
Ann-Louise, I was pondering the internal ingestion of essential oils after i purchased some earl gray tea. I wasn't aware that it has the essential oil of bergamot, and just doesn't agree with me. I understand that bergamot is citrus based, but as you said, few essential oils should be taken internally. What do you think? Tym Auctions - buy the things you want at great prices http://auctions./
Guest guest
I think there are oils that can be ingested in certain amounts... if the EO is in a pre-packed blend of tea, etc. chances are you okay as it had to pass safety checks in order to be on a shelf for sale in a store. But if you are talking about ingesting oils themselves on your own or using them in cooking, etc. I would recommond ONLY doing it under the guidance of someone with medical training or on the advice of a trained aromatherapist. If you don't get on with the bergamot in the Earl Gray tea, then try some other teas. I quite like peppermint tea with honey... its delicious! And of course there are rose, chammomile, jasmine, etc. teas that are quite good as well. =), Anne-Louise. > Tym <miracles28 > > Sat, 21 Apr 2001 11:05:08 -0700 (PDT) > > internal essential oils > > Ann-Louise, > I was pondering the internal ingestion of > essential oils after i purchased some earl gray > tea.
