Guest guest
Hi Anne-Louise: If others don't chime in with some lists that they participate in on particular subjects, go over to the home page at and do a search of the subjects you are interested in. You can't always judge by the number of people d, but you can read the list description, join and participate or peruse the archives for awhile and then leave if it doesn't suit you. You can belong to any number of groups and your email box won't fill up if you choose the " no mail " option and read the posts at the website like a bulletin board. I do that all the time, and there are mixed results, since many groups don't seem to keep to a focus of any kind, and are full of forwarded mail, spam, advertisements, one liners and personal conversations. You might also try looking over at http://www.liszt.com or www.topica.com, joining a discussion forum through a website or doing a " google " search at http://www.google.com for email lists or email discussion groups. Thanks, Crow Anne-Louise Lasley wrote: > Crow... > > There is a distinct possibility then that perhaps I would benefit more from > being on another list.
