So sorry if offended you, and I certainly wouldn't want to imply that what

works for you doesn't work. I can't know that, and that wouldn't be nice.

I've simply noticed this phenomen in a number of people and thought I'd

share. I made a pricey investment into Michrohydrin and it really didn't

agree with my system or my husbands. But maybe we are just wierd. LOL

but I'm sure glad its working for you along with the eat right for your type

and that you are feeling well. Health is its own proof, heh?

Hi Connie, Don't worry, you didn't offend me at all! And I expect this

phenomenon does exist with some people. I have found when beginning any new

health regime, like blood type diet and/or microhydrin people begin to detox. At

first you don't always feel too good while your body is trying to get rid of all

the nasty stuff you've been carrying around. I experienced alot of that

when beginning blood type diet, major detox, I felt awful for a few months

and had skin rashes (a big sign of detoxing). But after awhile things began to

change and I began to feel better and better.
