Guest guest
Hi Anat, I've been reading your posts about your fears and Crow's responses. I think she is offering you some good insights. Your willingness to receive what she has to say is very encouraging and could open the doors to freedom for you. God bless you both! This site is very helpful, isn't it? Guest guest
Anat: So I am pondering this, and thinking again about what you said regarding control of your life. On re-reading your post about the x-ray, and going back and reading some of your other posts, I went " HMM " . First off, I would like to say that controlling details does not mean you control your life. You can be in charge of your life, and your attitude, and you can make choices about many things... including how you will react when something comes along that you can't do anything about. It is like this... if you owned a business, and you were the CEO, you would be in charge of it. But there are myriad things that might affect your control of it, including the market, the workers, the weather, whatever. These are things you must adapt and deal with, but cannot avoid. If your business burns to the ground or you become bankrupt, you have to deal with that. If you are wildly successful, you have to deal with that. Some of it is chance, some is effort, and your skills at adaptation to change. Businesses that fail often do because they resist change and insist that they can make things stay the same. Do you hear what I am saying? You might try having a hypnosis session that will work with you on a basic level, not addressing the individual issues like x-rays and antibiotics but what lies underneath that, which might be something like not wanting people to force things on you, so that you feel out of control. Learning to adapt and accept things may mean relinquishing control of external circumstances (if that x-ray is a governmental rule, I don't think you will be able to skirt around it despite your reluctance); but it offers the benefit of being in charge of you. Guest guest
Crow you gave me so much " food for thought " . i have to re read your two last posts and " digest " them and then response. although it is difficult for me to confront with some truths in your sayings. I am very confused inside with fears to lose control (or as you said it right - to become a victim) together with idealistic perfectionism. i appereciate your special attention to this subject. i will think about what you said. thank you ! Guest guest
I just want to say I am inspired by your ability to be open and hear what Crow is saying and Crow's bravery for opening up and expressing her thoughts so eloquently and non-judgementally. Both you women are to be commended and respected. I it so cool to see women and men communicate in such a loving and open manner. You Anat are brave to examine your fears and move beyond them I support you Cecelia B
