I recently took Karyn Greenstreet's course over at SeekersCircle.com called " The Art of Personal Growth " that is still giving me aftershocks as the changes settle in and ripple out. I'd really recommend it as an opportunity for reevaluation. We're trying to get the 'graduates' to work together in a post forum for support and maintenance once the course is over (which is usually the time that excitement from a class drifts back to the old rut if you are not vigilant). In addition, I've just joined a group that is going to start Cheryl Richardson's program from " Life Makeovers " , I understand it takes about a year to complete and it seems that doing it with a group is very sensible. If you are interested in that, you can look over at lifemakeoverdivas On a simpler, personal level, what are you doing for yourself? Do you take quiet time, do you meditate? Do you exercise, eat regularly and drink plenty of fluids? Have you learned how to say no, and when to say yes? Take a look at Jennifer Louden's books, in particular " The Comfort Queen's Guide to Life " . You might also consider signing up for a Yoga class, Tai Chi class, or a basic class in energy work, like Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch or Reiki. It wouldn't hurt to have some " table time " either, some form of bodywork, energy work or hypnotherapy. Those are all good ways to get things moving. If there is something specific you'd like to be working on, go ahead and pony up, I'm sure there is someone here that can offer you some options to explore.
