Guest guest
Sorry, for the duplicate! This is like going into the woods, and not seeing the trees! Being IN the woods, and beyond it, at the same time. Seth's work gives you extensivity(--as I 'heard' it) and explains the experience of spirituality to/for me. It's like being in the crowd, and seeing no one...yet, 'feeling' their words. Rose
Guest guest
" On a conscious level, and with your conscious reserves alone, you could not keep your body alive AN HOUR. You would not know how to do it, for your life flows through you automatically and spontaneously. You take the details for granted- the breathing, the inner mechanisms of nourishment and elimination, the circulation, and the maintenance of your psychological continuity. All of that is taken care of for you in what I have termed Framework 2. In that regard, certainly, everything works to your advantage. Indeed, often the more concerned you become with your body the LESS smoothly it functions. In the spontaneity of your body's operation there is obviously a fine sense of order. Guest guest
Michelle: I loved this quote, it fits perfectly with many of the things I've been thinking about lately. How common sense when it comes to the body has a lot to do with just " leaving it alone " . I've always had a theory about " thinking too much " about body systems. If you think too much about sleeping, bathrooming, breathing, etc, you screw them up. Some stuff we should really leave to the wonderful auto pilot that exists. Thanks so much. love, connie P.S. If you don't mind, I'd like to post this in my group. thanks again. > > " On a conscious level, and with your conscious reserves alone, you > could not keep your body alive AN HOUR.
