dear Audrey

your message to me arrived on the perfect time.

I was going to the capoierra lesson with my kid

taking with me the notorious pants.

i checked the e-mail box just a moment before and found your post.

it said: " choose you " .... i went to the lesson with this mantra,

it was a great stress to come and give him back the pants, in the middle of

the lesson i felt cowardness and i said to myself: may be i should give up

and flow with this and pay for the pants just to avoid disharmony?

but than i remembered " choose you " .

and what linda said (speak your truth and let the rest go)

and what crow said ( " be loose and pleasant " )

and all these voices together help[ed me to

approach him and just hand the pants back in a balanced way with out being

too much tiger and with out being too much chicken.

i think he felt uneasy (transfference?) but he pretended as if it is all ok.

so again this drama in the teapot ended with peace. I thank all of you for

the lesson.

Love

Anat
