Guest guest Posted July 12, 2001 Report Share Posted July 12, 2001 Dear Audrey I hug you. from your story i sensed as if you are trying so hard to please your partner,,, by behaving according his expectations. this poses a great stress , especially for pisces - the sweet creatures who are after adapting thenselves to the external envioronment. remember: There is only You! i sense that you have special qualities, special gifts to help other people, sense the very core of their problems, ypu once helped me a great deal. Please don't be desparate when you feel you reaches bottom. remember: it is evolution, a temporary state, a force which will drive you to reach heights,,,, like runners start the run by first moving backwards. I think Rusty is right about the chatter-loop. thinking too mucj which leads sometimes to stress and depression. when we are to much awaken,,,- we all have to learn hoow to turn off the brain... sometimes. there are some yoga postures which elicit this state of inner peace by turning the brain off. for me they are the forward bending postures. bendn the torso forward for a long time. al the forward postures have a special quieting effect whenever i feel too much stessed i do them and trhey relax me better than any talks, shrinks etc. Please share more. i send you love and hugs and kisses. sweet pisces :-) Anat Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
