P.S. Carla,

I guess if there was one thing I would do differently during my pregnancies it

would be to practice yoga.

I think that me and my body would have been better prepared for labor and

parenthood.

All the best with everything,

Much Love, Ninox

Hello Carla,

Congratulations it is very exciting news. I loved being pregnant. The one

thing I wish I had been into when I had my 3 kids was meditation. I would

have been meditating and communicating with the baby, this to me sounds like

something I would really like to do now that I am into all of this spiritual

work. I would also practice meditation and breathing for the delivery, learn

to dismiss pain through meditation and breathing.

The one thing I did do with my first pregnancy faithfully and I know it

helped, is to take Red Raspberry Leaf Tea. You get it at the health food

store. I took it faithfully with the first and the labor was a piece of cake,

now with the second one......I wasn't so faithful with it and the labor

wasn't as good. With the 3rd, I used it....but didn't get to experience

labor, I had to have a C-section.....but....the recovery was fast and easy

and I really think it had some to do with the Tea.

I wish you the best of Luck and enjoy this time, it is a very special time of

bonding with your baby.

Have a Great Day!

Debbie
