Guest guest
That hasn't been disputed ;-) However, if you choose imbalance by focusing solely on the spiritual, it is like going on a vacation and abandoning your house. There is no telling what you will find when you return to it. It could have fallen into disrepair, been vandalized or robbed, or even destroyed. Balance is the key here. Spirit is part of what we are, but we have chosen to live in the physical for a reason. That said, in order to live productive incarnate lives, we have to seek a balance between the body , the mind and the spirit. The soul lives on. If you have communicated with discarnate souls, they are not particularly focused on linear time or physical needs, because that is irrelevant to them generally (I'm speaking of souls that have moved on, not those that are earthbound). They don't need to sleep, eat, procreate, defecate, etc. We do. As long as we have this shell, we have to tend it. This was a recent sutra from SriSri Ravi Shankhar: Don't see people as " lives " , see people as floating shells in an ocean of life. When we leave the shells, we once again enter the onenness of the ocean. But this is an important time for us, being incarnate, and we have lessons here that we can't learn in the " sea " . Walt Whitman Ged, obviously spending this week as a human almanac.
