You might want to check out EFT. I use it with many of my weight control clients and I have never seen anything work like this. You can learn about it for free at www.emofree.com. Works great on those addictions that can cause or contribute to someone having a weight problem. What is the secondary payoff for this unwanted behaviour? What positive behavior will fulfill this requirement? If I shed a habit where will it go? Can I make it go away (projection) instead of surpressing it? And the zen koan for each addiciton. " What will I do if I don't ________? " ~~These questions are never answered by the coach, only by the subject. enjoy, rusty. http://www.serendipityhappens.com/ P.S. The best training I've found for Energy Medicine is Donna Eden. Innersourse had the best prices. http://www.innersource.net/ I'd recommend Package 2, You'll find it by clicking on the shoping cart. rty - <HypnoMoon Monday, December 03, 2001 8:49 PM Working with EFT > In a message dated 12/3/2001 3:46:47 AM Mountain Standard Time, > writes: > > > > > > > > I am new to this e-group and would like to introduce myself to you.
