Harold's poetry has become a regular part of my routine... thanks for filling the empty page ;-) And thanks, John, for some lovely thoughts about yoga. I especially enjoyed how you outlined it in an accessible way outside of the dogma that can sometimes be associated with it and instead explained the essence of yoga, which is a holistic mindset embracing body, mind and spirit. Though we don't " talk diet " here, I would be interested in some practical and simple exercises people could use to help with focus, balance and relaxation. Could you explain yogic breathing?
