The Tree Of Life...

The Tree of Life, branches out in all directions,

four winds may blow and we pray for protection.

Some branches are weak, yet others are strong,

all the roots hold the tree, as one they belong.

The roots of all faith, are established at birth,

walk ever so gently, for our home is the earth.

The tree needs the rain and the kiss of the sun,

heart needs the soul, they must always be one.

The Tree of Life is written, in scriptures of old,

the soul searches onward, in truth we are told.

The conscience within, is a soft hidden voice,

always reminding, that we all have a choice.

Fall fades away and Winter's snow is around,

its essence of life, is drawn back into the ground.

Drowsy stillness of existence, in sleep carries on,

we know in our hearts, that life is not gone.

Our bodies will fade, much like the tree,

and life will continue, when the soul is set free.

Greater transformation of spirit, all born anew,

is a promise for everyone, not only a few.

Sometimes I find it hard to get on with the day, especially when I get

into spiritual matters. I could bathe in the sunlight of spirit all day

but my best friend Spirit wouldn't like. Miniature American Eskimo dog.

He enjoys my time with him outside.

Hope all is well with you and enjoy the day.

Kindest regards,

Harold
