Guest guest
Hey Rich The limits of what can be done are not know, and yes, limiting beliefs are all that hold most people back. Actually there are more efficient ways to dissolve limiting beliefs than using trance and hypnotic inductions. They are found in NLP-time line therapy, and also EFT-TFT type therapies. I recently got the book " Self Hypnosis " , by Dr Bruce Goldberg. This book has scripts for: ELIMINATING UNWANTED HABITS procrastination insomnia weight reduction stopping smoking stopping alcohol abuse OCD Nail biting Grinding teeth Gaining Weight ELIMINATING PHOBIAS Claustrobphobia Agoraphobia Flying Dentist SLOWING DOWN THE AGING PROCESS BECOMING MORE CREATIVE IMPROVING CONCENTRATION AND MEMORY ELIMINATING CHRONIC PAIN MAXIMIZING YOUR SEX LIFE Accessing your higher self Past lives Future lives Out of Body experiences etc I do not particularly recommend this book, but it shows the scope of what can be achieved. Guest guest
I have learned how to do some pretty wild stuff using self hypnosis, e.g. causing the equivalent of chiropractic adjustments -- actually feeling things move involuntarily. Pretty powerful stuff. Jose Silva's You the Healer is not rocket science these days, but it is a good reference for a simple methodology. Chris p.s. I'm new here; anyone know if there is a way to change these silly colors on the site back to basic black and white? , " Kit Strong " <biffs@o...> wrote: > Hey Rich > > The limits of what can be done are not know, and yes, limiting beliefs are > all that hold most people back. > > Actually there are more efficient ways to dissolve limiting beliefs than > using trance and hypnotic inductions.
