Rusty and Crow:

Thank you for the last inspiring beautiful posts.

I loved them

Dave:

I think a lot these days about your post describing the three modes of

conciousness.

I recognize my state as stuck in the middle phase:

Already lost the paradise of simplicity and childhood and pure attitude and

definitely not enlighted .

What i was asking is for a step by step guidance ,a practical way

techniques and tools of moving from square 2 to 3 ?

" forsaking the ego-self " is too abstract phrase for the mind. How can one

take simple actions to be simple in the enlightened way? Or maybe you just

have to be patient and let it happen - with age, with time with daily

struggles

This 3-phase process you describe makes a lot of sense from another field:

sports or physical training,

Masters of martial arts who trained for decades do have a free and simple

movement.... very much like a child movement.

their movemet (in daily life) is free

and relaxed , perfectly synchronized and balanced.

In the physical plane again phase 1 and 3 are almost the same. ( " what is

there for dinner? :-))
