Anat,

Bless you for being so brave to ask the questions that we all struggle with.

 

I am still learning.

 

I step back (when I can) and ask myself what is the most loving response to this

situation without compromising myself or hurting the other.

 

The other thing that springs to mind when I am hurting is from " a Course In

Miracles " ,

" I could choose peace instead of this " .

 

Like all things worth attaining you need to practice, ackowledge your mistakes,

forgive them and practice some more.
