Dr. Nature...

Well said! People have gotten into such a limited mentality...It's been

great to see the beginnings of a shift where people are starting to educate

themselves and look at the numerous options nature and the Universe have to

offer. And as an Herbalist, I too am always learning. (Thanks to more

people like yourself and others I have met along the way.)

Hi Guillermo:

this is Lucas, an argentinian guy. I do not know where do you live, but I

recommend you to search for a type of acupuncture called scalp-acupuncture. It

works very well in these cases...

-----------------------------

Hi Mir emaduddin Saleh!

1- can we treat knee joint arthrosis by acupuncture?

Yes we can. But, first, you need to have an accurate diagnosis about your

patient. As you know, " arthrosis " is not a term you will find in TCM. This

probably corresponds to what we call Bi Syndrome, but there are several types of

them and you need to go as deep as you can in terms of a good diagnosis.

2- point to be selected for acupuncture.

That depends on the syndrome, but among them, I would consider the following:

Spleen 9 Yinlinquan

Spleen 10 Xuehai

Stomach 34 Liangqui

Stomach 36 Zusanli

Extra point Heding " Crane head " or Heding

Liver 8 Ququan

best wishes,

Lucas

perhaps you can add another effective point: Dubi (ST 35) and

Neixiyan (EX-LE4)

If there is cold pain of joint, moxibustion with needling may be much

helpful.
