Guest guest
Dear Audrey I am no expert but i recently wrote an article on this matter. the interviewed expert told me that he connects this kind of changes to breath. the more we breath deeply the more volium our voice (sound more strong!) this is important because when our voice becomes weak (age, fatigue malady) we force our vocal folds to sound strong and thios might end with friction in their voice (it doesn't sound smoothy enough. I tend to agree with this notion since by observing people i leaned that snorers tend to have a weaky whuispering voice in daily life,,, snoring might hint that the person is not breathing fully enough, that this became a habit. I suggest you would practice some breathing excersises (with out any tension!!!) Pranayama try to gradually lengthen the breath and see what happens to your voice in time. I believe in simple solutions. Anat
