Reflexology and negative emotions

Hi, if anyone could give me any advice or answers I would really appreciate

them.

This past week I have had two hourly sessions of foot reflexology. During the

treatments I have experienced pain in the heart area of my left foot. I am 29

years old and as far as I know I have no heart problems as such, but since my

treatments I seem to have had a big release of negative emotions. Could this be

possible.

Anger, impatience, resentment, fear. But mainly impatience and anger.

Could this be an energy release from my heart chakra????

In advance, Thankyou for any advice.

Nicky

I would be very interested in seeing what others have to say about

this, too.

The emotions you mention are usually associated with the liver and

spleen, which are governed by the solar plexus chakra. Perhaps

the reflexology helped promote the opening of the heart chakra,

and that allowed the solar plexus chakra to process and transmute

the anger, resentment, impatiences, and fear.

At any rate, I imagine that your entire system is feeling better

now.
