positive attitude and survival

No matter how positive we are in this life, not one of us will survive it.

That's not the point. Manifesting your spiritual self in a physical form is

the point. Keeping your spirit alive and thriving despite adversity is the

challenge. Cancer patients are faced with a bigger challange than many of

us, and staying positive means that they are still able to project their

spirit in the face of this challenge.

In response to the article by John O'Neil I would have to say that while

attitudes may not determine survival outcome, the attitude itself is the

measure of an individual's success in life.
