Hi All,

 

I am new to this group, so let me introduce myself briefly.

 

I am Chinese and live in San Jose area in Califironia. The reason I

sign onto this group is because I do a holistic fitness practice

called HoChi Universal Love. I credit this practice with my

personal spiritual growth and transformation.

 

I am interested in learning about other practices people do to

further their own spiritual growth and transformation.
