Guest guest
Hi Todd. Which studies are you referring to? So much info to dig through on this topic! I definitely read all research with an analytical eye since I have a background in it. I think that there are times when the biomedical field is too hesitant to make a statement about health, and at other times is too quick to do so. (Maybe when the pharm industry is breathing down there neck to open push the widespread use of a genre of drugs?) Anyways, I'd like to hear about what you've been reading. Always a pertinent subject, BTW, since a large percentage of women are doing HRT. Thanks, Amy Herrera (AKA Amy Younger) P.S. Got married. Passed state board. Life is GOOD! --------------------- Well, the earlier studies were extremely large (which is good), but also extremely flawed in that they did not factor out other variables in the etiology of osteoporosis and heart disease. It turned out that when one factored in diet, exercise, family history, etc., those other factors may have played as much significance, if not more than the drugs. What they had missed is that the same women who were aware of the purported benefits of HRT were also more likely to eat well. exercise, not smoke, etc. So while the drug relieved nightsweats and hot flashes effectively, it has done little else of value. Guest guest
There are countless methods to clearing and charging a space. Since I'm not sure of your beliefs here are a few… smudge each and every room (in case you don't know what this is it's walking to every corner of each room burning white sage and filling the room with smoke) then open all the windows in each room to completely clear it of the smoke. This will remove any negative imprint in the room. If you are not able to do this then simply ask Archangel Michael to clear your home of any negative imprints or beings. To invite in light you can burn Myrrh and Frankincense incense in the rooms or if you can get some Holy water then sprinkle this in the rooms and invite light and love into your house or ask Archangel Michael to bring in the light and love after clearing the house. If you want to use crystals a piece of jet with a crystal point pointing towards can absorb the negative energy (make sure to clear the stone afterwards) and then put rose quartz through out the house. Namaste, Anne Marie Hi Everybody, I am new in the crystals world and I am getting to know more of this art since I am within the group. I am moving to a new house and I would like to do a negative energy cleaning and bring light to my new place. But I was wondering how can I do it with my crystals (White quartz, rose quartz, turmaline, obsidian, pyrite and selenite), I am learning to get in contact with my crystlas but I have to develop my skills more. Is there a special ritual that I could do with them, or are there other methods? Love and Light, Christian
